I made an appointment to have a seatbelt buckle replaced, and purchase a new key and FOB. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes. I arrived at 8:00am. At 9:30 I checked on the status of the truck and it was still being worked on. Finally at 10:15 I was presented with the truck. When I attempted to leave the new key didn’t work. The customer service person came out and swapped between both keys and said it should be fixed. It did start after that was completed. But then the service light of “theft deterrent system” was illuminated. I questioned the CS persona again and he got the mechanic involved. By the time I left at 11:00 I wasn’t very confident that everything was going to be work properly. People come to a dealership to have the “experts” work on the vehicles. Hopefully they address this issue with the mechanic so it doesn’t happen in the future.

Brought my 2025 pickup in for an oil change which was ok and a shaky driver side mirror. I was told they tightened the mirror but found nothing wrong. The service advisor said she then took it for a spin and didnt really see it moving a lot. She said that if it was still shaking she would need to take a pickup like mine to see if it did the same before she could order me a new mirror under warranty. I told her that made no sense because if she looked at the passenger mirror it was fine. Driving the vehicle home there was no change in the mirror.I called her back and she said I would have to set up another appointment.

My truck went in the 1at week of July and was not fixed until final week of August. This was partly the issue of parts availability to complete. They were kind enough to give me a decent loaner car. When I went in to pick it up and pay for the repair and pick up the truck they were having trouble with the billing process so they requested I pay the next day once they have it fixed. They did tell me the cost would be 3600 and would bill that amount the next day. The next day they added in a diagnostic fee of $190. Originally the bill was estimated at $4600 and GM would cover $1400 of the cost making part $3186. During this process I had GMC of Ellsworth Wisc quote the job to fix and they quoted $3300 to fix. If I had taken the truck to them and GM provided $1400 in assistance my total cost $1900. Tim Schroeder and Dominic at Tri Rivers were great to deal with. Not happy with my decision. They had the truck for almost 2 months and then felt the need to add another $190 dollar diagnostic fee after I was told the final bill was 3600. As a business person I would have not thrown on the extra charge just to build goodwill and stand by the price.
